2. Open Their Account
Step by step instructions to ensure your friends get everything they need to succeed.
3. Connect Them to Our Team
Add and welcome them to the Team Facebook groups (Eleven Lifestyle & Team Eleven) and do a Welcome Call with another team member.
4. Send Their Welcome Text
This text includes their user name, password and autoship date. It also directs them to our Product Resource Page to review videos and print trackers to review as they await their system’s arrival.
5. Set up a 20 min Launch Call
During this call you’ll show them their Back Office, the IsaBody Challenge, the Team Eleven Training site and answer any questions they have about their system.
The Launch Call Template can be split over one to three calls depending on the customer. Our goal is to make sure they are given all the information they need to manage their account and enroll their friends and accountability partners.
6. Check In on Their Progress
Check in daily by text or phone for the first 7 days using these simple support texts. Ask how their first shake was and when they plan to do their first cleanse. Check in on their cleanse day to cheer them on. Check in 5 days before their autoship to help them adjust their next order. Our goal is to help them feel supported and get their best results.
After their first two day cleanse use the Day 5 Follow Up Script to encourage them to Text A Few friends and get their next box paid for.
